Way to go GATORS!!

I decided on Wednesday evening that I would make a dress for Sydney Katya to wear while we watched the Gators play on Thursday night. I stayed up really late Wednesday after church to put it together and finished the bloomers on Thursday morning!! I was so pleased with the way it turned out. We were excited that the Gators won too.

Parker Reid with his new pajama pants that mommy made.

This is one of my favorite dresses because of the material. It turned out adorable and the bloomers (not pictured) are cute too!! I hadn't made those at the time I took this picture.

My sewing projects!

Ryan and the Jacksons got me a sewing machine for Christmas. I have never sewed before but have always wanted to learn. I went and bought some material and patterns and this is what I have made so far. I love it! It is so much fun to create something with your own two hands. The pink and purple dresses will have bows at the top once I figure how to make them. I just love the purple material. The apron will have a orange flounce at the bottom and looks better in person than in the picture. The capri pants have taken me almost a week to make. They were horrible. Thanks to Mrs. Jackson for all the help putting together the patterns that I couldn't figure out. I had the pants sewn all the way together where she couldn't even get her legs in. I sewed them 2 times and tore out the stitches and started over. That is my hardest part. The tutu idea was from my cousin. It turned out cute! Easy to make but a little time consuming and tedious. I am sure I will have many more to come.

Christmas part 2

My family came for Christmas. We all had a good time and ate lots of good food. Some of these pictures are from Wild Adventures, my parents gave us passes for Christmas. The Jacksons went with us on our bring a friend passes. Mom and Summer also went with us while they were here. The other pictures are from Christmas Eve.

Christmas part 1

We enjoyed making all our Christmas goodies. Landon was invited to a party and decorated a gingerbread house! Fun!
