Our family has been in the process of buying a house. We have finally closed on the house, making it officially ours. 
Ryan and I are working hard to do a kitchen renovation. Notice the before pictures showing off the yellow linoleum, ivy wallpaper, old stove and dishwasher.
Also, notice the wood rot under the kitchen sink. We didn't plan on this put pulled out the 
dishwasher and this is what we found. There I am posting some pictures of some 
before and after. Not totally finished yet so there will be mo
re after picture

Look at you! Mrs. Bob the builder's sister. So glad ya'll could get a house in all the mortgage and loan chaos.
