Soccer game and John Deere Day

Fireworks Celebration

As I was getting ready to do my posting tonight, I hear these loud booms. They sounded like gunshots. That's when I knew it was fireworks. For some reason a person who lives near us always has a BIG fireworks display on the night of the final four or usually a basketball game. It is so neat because we can either stand outside our back door and watch or watch out the windows. This is just a little bit of it but it was taking forever to load the grand finale!! I will try to upload it again later. It was so neat to walk outside and watch these. Hope you enjoy!!

Parker Reid the baseball player

Parker Reid had baseball pictures tonight. Bryce also had a last minute rescheduled game so mom took Parker Reid to pictures. Thanks, Mom!! Ryan took Parker Reid's picture right before he left. He looks so cute!!

***I am going to post the Easter pictures sometime this weekend.

Dinner with Summer and Josh

Summer, Josh, Ryan and I had a nice dinner last night at the Cheesecake Factory. It was a
beautiful day so we ate outside. The flowers were blooming and it was warm enough with a light jacket. I am so thankful that spring is here. It is nice to soak up some sun. Thanks mom for watching the kids and for the gift card so we could have a nice night out. When we drove up in the parking lot Ryan looked over and said there is Papa's long lost hotel. It is marked with his signature and everything. A BIG "W"!!!!
WE LOVE YOU, PAPA!!

Sunrise Service on top of Stone Mountain

Sunrise service on the Mountain

The slide show is of our trip up the mountain in the freezing cold. Although we were all sweating on the way up, not when we were on top of the mountain. It was so beautiful and really helps put in prespective all our Lord has made for us. This is a wonderful earth that we have to enjoy. Hope you enjoy the pictures.

Time to dye Easter EGGS

My husband is GREAT!

Not everyone is as lucky as me... I have a husband, Ryan who can create wonderfully creative cakes for the kids birthdays. This ensures that each birthday is a special occasion complete with a SPECTACULAR cake!!! He always works really hard to help make the boy's birthdays special. Parker Reid's birthday was no different. Parker Reid wanted Mack the Truck from the movie Cars so Ryan decorated his cake and it was adorable. I am always so proud of Ryan's creative cooking and baking. Thanks so much Ryan for all you do!!

P.S. I will post more pictures a little later on Parker Reid's actual birthday which is next Monday.

** Funny story about the cake. Parker Reid said, "Daddy pumped down (deflated) the tires". If you notice the tires are a little low on the cake. He is such a funny kid.
