Some of you know that we play soccer at our church with some kids from lots of different countries. There families have moved to this country to escape some kind of persecution or other instablilities in their countries. The kids are from Sudan, Somolia, Iraq, Afghanistan, and several other countries (some I am not sure how to spell or can't remember right now). The kids ride over on a bus and play soccer and then we try to have a little nutritional snack. It is so much fun and my kids love playing soccer with them, almost as much as I DO!!!
Bryce, Landon and Mavi are ready to play!!
Sydney Katya is watching us play (she sat there for about 45 minutes last night, not getting up).
Team meeting with Mr. Bobby (notice Sydney Katya in the midst of ALL the kids)
This is my team for yesterday. We were the red team and were beat really bad by the "bigger" kids. It was fun though. Hope you enjoyed the pictures.

I am glad you put some of the pix up of that unique service opportunity. I didn't realize you were still doing it. Sydney looks as if she is trying to figure out how to be a part of the game.
I know those kids really enjoy that outing. It is so good of you to take the time to do that. LOVE YOU ma
That looks like a great "work" for the church. So many times we don't know how the little things impact people for the Lord, especially kids.
